Important: Fees are based on the complexity of your case and services rendered. No guarantee of specific tax relief outcomes is implied by fee payment. Results depend on individual circumstances and IRS decisions.

As a client of Finance Falcons, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding your tax situation
• Respond promptly to requests for documents and information
• Cooperate fully with our team throughout the resolution process
• Maintain communication and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information or financial circumstances
• Review and sign all documents and agreements as required
• Comply with all IRS requirements and deadlines
• Continue filing tax returns and making required payments as advised

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may adversely affect the outcome of your case and our ability to provide effective representation.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Provision of false information

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges.

You may terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice in accordance with your service agreement. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver by Finance Falcons of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days before the effective date of the changes.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
